By committing to a regular practice you are strengthening your resilience muscle. When you really can’t be bothered to practice or you make every excuse under the sun not to but still show up. That’s resilience.
2. Every time you feel yourself getting distracted in meditation and you guide your focus back to the breath or the present moment, you’re strengthening your resilience.
3. By practicing in your sessions, you’ll soon see resilience spill out into all other areas of your life, you’ll start to feel stronger in your resilience and notice small positive changes happening in your life.
